1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the CentriNexus platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
2. Description of Service
CentriNexus provides a cloud-based enterprise resource planning (ERP) platform that includes modules for sales, procurement, inventory management, and business analytics. The Service is currently in Beta and features may change as the product evolves.
3. Account Registration
- You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
4. Beta Program
As a Beta participant, you acknowledge that the Service may contain bugs or errors. We provide the Beta Service "as is" and make no guarantees regarding uptime or feature availability. Your feedback helps us improve the product, and we appreciate your patience during this phase.
5. Pricing & Billing
- Free tier accounts have no charges and no time limit.
- Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. Prices are in USD.
- Beta pricing discounts (50% off) apply for the first 12 months from activation.
- We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' prior notice.
- No refunds for partial months upon cancellation.
6. Your Data
You retain full ownership of all data you upload to the Service ("Your Data"). We will not access, use, or share Your Data except as necessary to provide the Service or as described in our Privacy Policy.
Upon cancellation, you may export Your Data in standard formats (CSV, Excel, PDF) for up to 90 days. After this period, Your Data will be permanently deleted from our systems.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any aspect of the Service
- Resell or redistribute the Service without written consent
8. Cancellation
You may cancel your account at any time through the platform settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. There are no cancellation fees. Upon cancellation, your access continues until the end of the paid period.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CentriNexus shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
